Franke expands two product families with new range hoods and colors

The kitchen specialist Franke has just added two new range hood models and four new colors to the portfolio. For example, a headlamp range hood installed flat on the wall and a flat-screen range hood complement the Smart product family. For this purpose, the popular Mythos headrest hood is now available in a total of eight colors. With this, Franke is consistently expanding the diversity of its product lines.

Smart is Franke’s fourth and newest product line and was added to the range in 2016. The line is aimed at a young audience and families who, despite a smaller budget, want to fulfil their kitchen dreams without sacrificing design, functionality and comfort. Visually, the Smart sinks, fittings and hoods impress with their modern design. Two additional models have now joined the existing Smart Headrest Hood: the Smart Flat head-rest hood and the Smart flat-panel hood.

The special feature of Smart Flat is that it rests flat on the wall and fits so discreetly into any ambience. With its construction depth of only 24 centimeters, it offers additional when cooking. Regarding the width the customer can choose between 60 and 90 centimeters. Due to a powerful edge extraction, the black or optional white glass panel does not have to be opened for operation. In addition to three power levels, the Smart Flat has an intensive level with 570 m³ / h. With top ratings in filter efficiency and energy efficiency class A, the overhead hood dissolves fumes, odors and water vapor virtually in the air.

The second hood premiere is the 60 cm wide flat screen hood Smart – with it the kitchen technology can be unobtrusively concealed in the wall unit. Its front panel consists of a cleaning-friendly glass and two integrated LED spots, which evenly illuminate the hob below. With three power levels up to a maximum fan capacity of 380 m³ / h, it represents a solid basic model. It is available in black and white.

The popular product family Mythos convinces already for some years by their stylish unity of timeless design with high quality. Fittingly, the Mythos headlamp cover has been offered with glass fronts in Black, White, Slate and Pearl Gray. In line with current trends, it is now also available in the unusual versions Copper, Ocean Blue, Cashmere and Magnolia: this makes it possible to realize a wide variety of kitchen dreams even more individually. All Mythos overhead hoods have the energy efficiency class A+, are whisper quiet with a maximum of 57 dB and have a high level of operating comfort thanks to features such as the “Easy Handling” activated carbon filter.
