The expansion bolt 5912905 connects furniture panels in combination with ⌀15 mm (19/32″) eccentric connectors concealed and precisely fitting.

When the eccentric is tightened, the integrated plastic segment spreads radially and locks the connecting anchor in the ⌀8 mm (5/16″) drill hole without play.

Galvanized steel provides high tensile and pull-out forces, while the plastic segment compensates for manufacturing tolerances and ensures long-lasting hold.

Assembly:

• First, an 8 mm (5/16″) drill hole with a depth of 0.433070866141732 must be placed in the first furniture panel
• The expansion bolt 5912905 must be inserted into the borehole until its head is flush
• Then a 15 mm (19/32″) eccentric housing must be countersunk into the counter plate and aligned so that its mounting slots point exactly to the screwed-in bolt
• Finally, the eccentric must be tightened by about half a turn; the plastic segment of the connector pin spreads 5912905 radially and pulls both plates together tightly and without backlash (for further details, see assembly drawing)
