The 8007601 M8 x 15 mm screw-in sleeves serve as thread adapters to install metric thread M8 in wooden panels, furniture, chipboard, tables, worktops.

The robust Hex threaded bushing 8007601 is perfect for invisible screwing and particularly stable fastening of furniture, benches and wooden components. The screw-in nut 8007601 has a cover edge for flush sinking into the wood without gaps.

The screw-in socket 8007601 has a self-tapping external thread ⌀10 mm for wood and an inner metric thread M8 into which metric screws or a threaded rod can be screwed, which enables a perfect, stable wood connection several times.

The advantage of the screw-in nut 8007601 over a direct connection is that when using screw-in nuts, you can disassemble and reassemble the piece of furniture several times without making the connection less stable.

Especially with soft wood, the screw-in nuts 8007601 have a great advantage over wood joints with wood screws.

This is achieved by screwing the screw-in sleeve into the wooden panel of the piece of furniture 8007601 only once with the external thread ⌀10 mm and remaining there permanently. The furniture parts are then connected with the usual M8 screws, which are screwed directly to the screw-in sleeves.
