The practical connecting rod made of aluminium alloy, aluminium, robust connects three Sugatsune EB-DA or three ROCA Robust Soft folding brackets into one synchronised unit.

Thanks to the coupling, wide folding tables can be folded in and out with just one hand.

The aluminium rod can be shortened (cut to length) to fit the desired width and remains torsion-resistant.

An optional centre bearing prevents bending on spans over 700 mm (27-9/16″).

Assembly:

The fastening is done with pan head self-tapping screws 4.5 mm (not included)
Before installation, the connecting rod must be shortened to the clear distance between the lever axles of the EB-DA or ROCA Robust Soft brackets minus 39 mm (1-17/32″)
The shortened rod must then be pushed into the two lever arms via the supplied guide bushes and secured with the cotter pins
The lever arms must be aligned flush with the external tabs of the consoles and screwed firmly with 4.5 mm pan head self-tapping screws
The mounting plates must lie flat; Uneven surfaces may need to be lined to avoid tension
For spans over 700 mm (27-9/16″), the optionally usable center bearing must be screwed in the middle so that the rod does not bend (for more details, see assembly drawing)
