Application:

Soft fixed castor for furniture, cabinets, roll containers, shelves, side tables and much more.

The fixed castor 08.12.150-1 from SISO serves as a robust castor for movable furniture, equipment and smaller transport structures.

The ⌀50 mm (1-31/32″) wheel with grey soft rubber tread allows for smooth and soil-friendly running and is particularly recommended for hard ground surfaces.

The fixed roller fork allows the wheel to move in one direction in a targeted manner and thus offers stable tracking.

The 45 x 45 mm (1-49/64″) screw-on plate enables compact and resilient attachment to furniture floors and substructures.

With a dynamic load capacity of 30 kg per castor, the fixed castor is also suitable for comparatively heavy furniture and mobile installations.

The combination of galvanized steel and a soft rubber tread combines a robust construction with pleasant running characteristics and is particularly suitable for furniture, shop and interior design.

Assembly:

• Fastening is done with wood screws ⌀4.5 to 5 mm (not included)
• First of all, the desired position of the fixed castor on the underside of the piece of furniture must be determined
• Then the 45 x 45 mm (1-49/64″) screw-on plate is aligned and the position of the four mounting holes is marked with a hole spacing of 30 x 30 mm (1-3/16″)
• In the case of wood and wood-based materials, the screw holes should be pre-drilled if necessary, depending on the material used
• The fixed castor is then firmly screwed to the furniture floor with four suitable wood screws through the ⌀5.5 mm (7/32″) mounting holes
• If there are several castors, the fixed castors must be aligned parallel to each other so that the piece of furniture runs cleanly straight ahead
