The high-quality push-button closure PKL-08/BN and PKLB is a furniture handle with a locking function and, when recessed, ensures that the furniture doors or cabinet doors do not open unintentionally during the journey or flight. When closed, the push button is recessed and thus protects against collisions. The PKL-08/BN and PKLB push button is suitable for door thicknesses between 15 mm (19/32″) and 30 mm (1-3/16″).

Also possible to install from a door thickness of 11 mm (7/16″) using the optional PKL-Spacer/WHT spacer (the PKL-Spacer/WHT spacer is not included, please order separately). To open the furniture door, the handle of the PKL-08/BN and PKLB push-button fastener must be pressed and thus released. The push button PKL-08/BN and PKLB serves as a practical handle when open.

Assembly:

• The fastening is done using the six screws included in the scope of delivery (screws: three round head wood screw 3.1 x 10 mm, two round head wood screw 3.1 x 28 mm and 1 piece flat round head screw M3 x 25 mm)
• For installation, a hole with a diameter of ⌀28 mm (1-7/64″) must be drilled in the front
• The distance between the edge of the door and the bore is 34 mm (1-11/32″)
• The PKL-08/BN and PKLB push button is inserted into the front and the housing is screwed on from the back using the supplied screw
• The strike plate is then attached to the carcass side using the screws supplied. The vertical distance between the edge of the door and the strike plate is 49 mm (1-59/64″) (see assembly drawing for more details)
