The SL-B251-BR push button closure has a push button with a sturdy sliding latch.

Its compact design requires only a 15 mm bore and hardly protrudes, which allows for a simple front design.

The integrated spring mechanism keeps the door securely closed with about 16 kgf – even in the event of vibrations in vehicle or ship applications.

A spacer ring allows adaptation to door thicknesses of 18 to 21 mm and ensures a play-free fit.

The wear-resistant polyamide housing is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and impervious to moisture.

Assembly:

• Fastening is done using the six screws included in the scope of delivery (Pan-Head chipboard screw 3 x 14 mm)
• First, a main hole with a diameter of ⌀15 mm (19/32″) must be made
• Then a counter hole with a diameter of 26 mm (1-1/32″) and a depth = door thickness − 8 mm must be made on the inside of the door
• Then the push button is attached to the hole with the nut
• The bolt body is screwed into the pre-drawn slot holes with four 3 x 14 mm chipboard screws, whereby the spacer ring is inserted depending on the thickness of the door
• The counter plate is then aligned on the front side of the body and screwed so that the bolt clicks into place cleanly
• Finally, the closing function is checked and, if necessary, fine-tuned via the slotted holes (for further details, see assembly drawing)
