The TH-61SUS-1-0.8 spring hinge connects lightweight doors, flaps or covers to the respective housing and at the same time generates a defined spring force in the opening direction.

The spring integrated in the area of the hinge pin supports opening and ensures that the moving component moves in the direction of the open position.

With a reference spring force from 3.9 N, the TH-61SUS-1 spring hinge is particularly suitable for medium flaps.

The compact size of 32 mm (1-17/64″) x 25 mm (63/64″) allows use even in limited installation space.

The all-SUS304 construction offers good corrosion resistance, making it suitable for more demanding engineering applications.

Four mounting holes allow for stable and easy-to-execute screw-on mounting on housings, devices and covers.

Assembly:

• The attachment is done with 4 x pan head screws M2.5 to M3 (not included)
• The TH-61SUS-1 spring strap has four mounting holes
• The spring hinge is first positioned in the intended installation position between the fixed housing part and the movable door, flap or cover
• The installation direction must be selected so that the spring force acts in the desired opening direction
• The four mounting holes are then aligned with the mounting points or pre-drilled accordingly
• The hinge is then fastened with four suitable pan head or cylinder head screws
• After tightening, the flap must be moved several times to control the freedom of movement and the direction of action of the spring
