The lifting hinge B-1004-1-L (10563) connects doors or flaps to a housing in a detachable manner.
By lifting, the moving component can be separated from the permanently mounted hinge part without loosening the fastening screws.
The left and right versions are intended for appropriately hinged constructions.
The SUS304 material and mirror-polished surface provide high corrosion resistance for kitchen, marine and outdoor applications.
Six countersunk holes enable flush and low-interference fastening with M3 countersunk screws.
When using two hinges vertically, TAKIGEN cites a door mass of 15 kg as a reference value.

- Both halves of the hinge must be aligned so that the hinge pin can be inserted without tension
- The door or flap is then attached to the hinge pin from above
- Finally, it is necessary to check the smoothness, complete engagement of the pin and the tight fit of all screws
